Acting is not about being someone different. It’s finding the similarity in what is apparently different, then finding myself in there.

LOCK ANGRY WITHOUT RED WALL. DO NOT TAKE LOCK WALL.
Earlier generations have weathered recessions, of course; this stall we’re in has the look of something...
This morning I had the pleasure of showing Erika Tarantal how to make mushroom risotto for one. Check out the segment and give the recipe a shot. If you want to make the recipe for more than one, just remember to use a ratio of 1 part rice to at least four parts broth.

“When I was in independent producer, you made a deal with the network and you were responsible financially and creatively. Nowadays there are no real independent producers. BLUE BLOODS is produced by CBS Studios for the CBS network. I don’t quite have the financial responsibility for the show so I don’t have the creative freedom I used to have.”

When a friend makes HuffPo for redefining the phrase “I killed,” it’s an instant reblog. You’re officially off the hook for being out-of-town when I was in LA, Kaler.
Choking Back Laughter of the Day: Stand-up comic Jamie Kaler (most recently of MY BOYS fame) nearly killed with comedy at a recent show when an audience member began choking to the point of requiring the Heimlich maneuver.
The woman in question recovered, which is lucky for Kaler, because jokes about an audience member choking at your show are significantly funnier when the person survives.
