“Self-publishing site Lulu.com is suing NBC Universal/News Corp. online video joint venture Hulu.com for trademark infringement and unfair trade practices. Apparently the company is afraid that potential publishers will end up going to Hulu.com accidentally and have so much fun that they forget what they were looking for in the first place.”
