    I’ve thought a lot about the psychology of cheating and reckon it flows largely from one thing - you don’t value yourself as a person: if you did, you’d end a relationship that was not fulfilling because, knowing how valuable you are, you’d be sure to find someone else.

    I was expecting this sentence to end “…you’d rather be alone than with someone who wasn’t right for you.” Why are we always running from one relationship to the next? It’s precisely that fear-based need to be in a relationship, any relationship, that sets up this scenario in the first place.
