How to maximize the effectiveness of naptime, which seems like an oxymoron in a way because, after all, isn’t the guilty pleasure of napping all wrapped up in shirking responsibility? Also: chronotypes! Who knew there was such a thing? Mine is Owl, meaning my “sleep gate” for naps and bedtime is later.
